Momentline Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Momentline app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
The app
Momentline is a timeline for the things that already happened and the things still to come. You add moments; the app counts the days.
You may use it on any device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to extract its source code.
Momentline Pro
Momentline Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription: there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
It unlocks:
- The six premium themes, and the alternate app icons that match them.
- The Celestial Pack: moon phases, solstices and equinoxes, meteor showers, eclipses and conjunctions, and the day-count milestones derived from the birthday you enter.
The purchase is tied to the Apple ID that made it, and can be restored on any device signed in to that Apple ID using Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings.
Payment and refunds
Payment is taken by Apple through your App Store account, at the price shown at the time of purchase in your local currency.
We cannot issue refunds ourselves. All refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through the Customer Center inside the app's Settings, which starts the same request. Apple decides the outcome.
Accuracy of the content
The astronomical moments in The Celestial Pack are calculated on your device from published algorithms and public-domain data, including NASA's eclipse canon. They are accurate to within minutes, which is far beyond what a day counter needs, but they are provided for interest, not for navigation, scientific work, or any purpose where an error would matter.
Events such as eclipses and meteor showers are visible only from certain parts of the world, and times are given in UTC where noted. The app labels visibility where it is relevant; it does not track your location to do so.
Your content
The moments you create are yours. We claim no rights over them and, as explained in the Privacy Policy, we never receive them.
You are responsible for what you put in the app. Because your data is stored on your device, keeping it safe means keeping your device backed up. We cannot recover your moments if you delete the app or lose your device.
No warranty
Momentline is provided as is. We work to keep it correct and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under EU and Spanish consumer law, are unaffected.
Changes to the app and to these terms
We may update the app, including adding, changing or removing features. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and the version published at this address (javi.link/momentline/terms) is the one that applies.
If we ever had to remove a feature that Pro unlocks, we would say so clearly in the app rather than doing it quietly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
